Day Surf Camps
Three Day Surf Camps are offered in 2013. They will run during the months of June, July and September. Camp size is limited to 12. A minimum of 8 is needed to hold camp. Advanced beginner swimming skills and a "love of water" are essential.
For the 2013 season, we will not be offering Day Surf Camps in March, April or May. Over the past seven seasons, Mother Nature and La Nina hasn't cooperated with our plans to offer Day Surf Camp events during these months. Either the swell was huge and unsafe to teach in &/or the weather was wild , wet and windy.
NW Women's Surf Camps will offer Private & Group Surf Lessons during these months- March, April and May, when the conditions are favorable to teach. Spring on the North Oregon Coast is usually like an extended winter, with the exception of some years, where Spring can begin early with milder weather and swell conditions. Scheduling lessons during this window of the year requires flexibility on the students' part. Email or call to schedule your individual or group lesson for this time of the year. Women, men, boys and girls are offered our lesson format.
[Costs of Day Camps]
PRE-REGISTER NOW for only $250. We need to receive registration and payment at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your chosen camp date(s). You will pay $275 per camp if registration and payment are received less than two weeks prior.
Our Day Camp includes all equipment (surfboard, wetsuit, boots, gloves, hood and helmet), nutritious organic catered lunch, beverages & snacks, morning Beach Yoga session, water-board-beach safety instruction, in-depth surf instruction both on land and two sessions in the water with coaches, a NWWSC tee shirt and our Camp Partners bag of gifts and info!
Surf Weekenders
For 2013, we're offering four Women's Surf Weekender events. These will happen June, July, August and September. By adding a second day of surfing, students have an opportunity to build on their newly learned skills and create a deeper bond with participants! You'll experience 2 full days of our surf camps and optional overnight lodging at the Seaside International Hostel; one of our local NWWSC Partnerings. This hostel was voted as one of the Top 10 Best Hostels in America!
[Costs of the Weekend Surf Camps]
PRE-REGISTER NOW for a price of $450 + price of your Hostel Lodging chosen. We need to receive registration and payment at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your chosen dates. You will pay $498. + lodging, if registration and payment are received less than 2 weeks prior. Your confirmation of camp dates will be emailed to you once registered with Active.com or upon receipt of your registration form and payment to the Camp Director.

[Day Camp and Weekend Registration/Payment Options]

Register and pay with Active.com online registration by clicking on your chosen Day Camp or Weekender date above. You will sign a NWWSC Liability Release Waiver from that site. Click on your chosen Hostel lodging preference from there. Active.com will email you your Day Camp or Weekender confirmation followed by one from the Director.

You may also register and pay by submitting our Surf Camp Registration Form from our website (if needed, you can print out and send with your payment). You will need to print off a NWWSC Liability Release Waiver, read, sign and bring to the Weekender event. Your payment can be made by sending a check or money order to: NWWSC, PO Box 425, Seaside, OR 97138 for the total cost of your Weekender event. Remember to include the cost of your chosen Hostel lodging to this.

Accommodations for overnight lodging are provided by Seaside International Hostel in Seaside, Oregon. “This hostel was Voted One of the Top Ten in North America by Hostelling International. Private Room with double or queen bed, set of bunk beds and private bath, linen provided. Couples Surf Weekenders
Join us for our Couple's Surf and Gourmet Weekender Getaway at The Ocean Lodge in Tolovana on August 16 to 18, 2013. Stay 3 days & 2 nights at The Ocean Lodge on Cannon Beach, just south of famous landmark Haystack Rock. Selected Oceanview Suites reserved for this event. Share your passion to learn and expand surfing with your "better half" during a fun and empowering One Day Surf Camp with NW Women's Surf Camps Instructors on Saturday. The Day camp begins at 9:30 am and runs until 4 pm. This camp is "all-inclusive" with morning beach yoga stretches, hours of on-land and in-water surf coaching, a delightful, catered organic lunch prepared by Seasons Deli in Cannon Beach, all surfing equipment and equipment transportation.
We'll celebrate our first day of surfing together while being "wined and dined" during EVOO's Live Dinner Show at the Cannon Beach Cooking School on Saturday night, from 7 to 9:30 pm. Chef Bob Neroni will prepare four gourmet courses paired with three regional wines during this experiential dining treat! The night's menu is focused on local grown, organic produce and artisan created heirloom products, along with regional NW ingredients. A "not to be missed" event on the North Coast! Their is space for six couples to attend in each couples event. When you book, you're booking as a couple not as individuals. Reservations and confirmation will be made by the NWWSC Director Lexie Hallahan. Lodging, surf camp, some meals, Live Dinner Show, Elements Massages and Spa Services, surfing equipment and equipment transportation are included in the cost of these events.
