To assure your space in our 2014 Kauai Retreat, registration will be open in May 2013.  You can choose to pay in full or with a 25% deposit and balance due three months before the event date.

Retreat Cost is "all inclusive" except for airfare.

Retreat Transportation

Van transportation and driver will pick you up and deliver you to the airport. Van and driver also provided for South Shore Getaway and Retreat Outings.  No tipping is necessary.  No need for your own rental vehicle is necessary. Hanalei is very walker friendly.

Payment Options for our 2014 Kauai Bali Hai Week Retreat

Payment Options for the Retreat include Full Credit Card Payment at the time of your registration on Active.com online with your Visa or Debit card. Or you can charge 25% Non-refundable Deposit on your Credit Card prior to December 31 with the Balance due on January 20, 2014.  Or you can send a check in the full amount, payable to NWWSC.  Paying by check saves you the online Active.com processing fees.  Our mailing address is P.O.  Cancellation Policy

Please read our Cancellation Policy before registering for our Week Retreat event. In order to receive a full refund for cancellation of the women's week retreat, your request needs to be made 3 months prior to the event date. This is because of advance accommodation and transportation reservations, instructors scheduling time-offs from their regular employment, and limited space availability for the retreat. A 25% non-refundable portion of the event's total cost will be applied after the 3 month time frame, if you need to cancel. The remaining 75% balance will be issued in either a credit towards future camps or events, and/or cash by way of a NWWSC check. If you paid with Active.com on your credit card, there are processing fees that can not be refunded.
