Continued from the success of last year’s company camp events, we’ll offer our Company Event Day Camps in 2008.  Here we can either partner with businesses to provide a “Customer Profiled Day Event”, which we customize for you and include a promotion event that is done together.  Or we can put on a “Company Play Day” focused on building positive work relationships and team building techniques.  This provides your valued employees an opportunity to share the experience of learning surfing together, as a cohesive team!

“Customer Profiled Day Events” provide an opportunity for business owners to create an exciting Partner Sponsored In-store Event and an On-beach Event for their select girl and women customers.  Working together with the Director of NWWSC, we will plan both events so that your business, its’ staff, goods and services, and ours, are marketed successfully for two great turn outs.  “Our experience, with businesses who we’ve done these events for, is a long lasting effect of loyalty and patronage by the customers for the business.  A momentum is created in the store around the events and many times assures future event partnerings.”

 “Company Play Day Events” foster good social relations among their co-workers.  Mutually sharing this surfing experience for the first time creates strong and beneficial relationships.  The playing field is leveled and the day’s experience is a positive equalizer.  Co-workers have an opportunity to interact in an unusual and unique setting.  They are also able to see themselves and their peers learning a challenging sport together.  Important aspects of “team building” are taught and integrated throughout the day by our instructors.  We also set a successful example of a well functioning team.

Reservation, Pre-registration and Pre-payment are required for a Company Event Day Camp.   A minimum of 8 women participants are needed.  Camp size is no more than 12.  The instructor to student ratio is 4:1.  In special circumstances, a lower ratio can be requested; an additional charge would be added for another instructor.  Our instructors are American Red Cross Certified in CPR and First Aid.  All instructors are currently Certified Lifeguards.  One of our instructors spent 22 years life guarding on the beaches of Seaside and Cannon Beach, Oregon.  Board, beach and ocean safety rules are emphasized during the camps.

Cost of a Company Event Day Camp is $199. PRE-REGISTERED per participant, or $225. if you register and pay less than 14 days prior to the camp event date.
Book 2 Day Camp Events over a weekend, in advance, save $20 per camp,  making the price $179. PRE-REGISTERED for each camp!

Our Company Event Day Camp includes everything our regular day camps do, but the focus is either on the business’ customers and their success and enjoyment in the day’s experience or on “team building” within your employee group.  To register for your Company Event Camp, click on the Company Event Registration Form and choose your option to register and pay.  Next, print out a Liability Release Waiver, sign and bring to the day’s event.  Lastly, print out an “Essentials to Pack List” to help you pack for the day’s adventure.  A camp confirmation will be emailed to you from either NWWSC or Active.com once your payment is received.

To receive PRE-REGISTRATION price of $199., we need to receive your registration and payment two weeks (14 days) prior to that reserved camp event.  You will pay $25 late fee, if registration and payment are received less than the two week prior to the event.
